Why Brunswick County?

Our Union County, NC affiliate has always been interested in applying our successful systems and procedures we've developed over the years to other areas in the early growth stage.

Union County, NC is one of the fastest growing counties in the country, and we now recognize Brunswick County, another of the fastest growing counties in the U.S., as an area of great potential.

Here are our reasons:

It is currently relatively undeveloped coastal land
It is between two high growth coastal areas - Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC
Property prices are still reasonable, compared to other coastal areas
Improvements are in progress or on the way in the form of:

• A new international seaport

• Infrastructure

• Road additions and improvements

• New bridges at Oak Island and Sunset Beach

The area will be greatly influenced by an influx of permanent residents, working in the area and by retirees choosing Brunswick County as their primary residence. Brunswick County offers an uncomplicated lifestyle. Recreation in the area abounds. The County is home to over 30 golf courses. The City of Southport is the home of the US Open King Mackerel Tournament and the host of the NC 4th of July Festival. Brunswick County also offers great boating, hiking and historic sites.
