Jess Perry, Founder and President
Jess Perry is a respected and devoted leader in commercial real estate, who brings experience, knowledge and skill to his leadership role at Perry Realty Group. Since 1994 Jess has directed operations for Walt Perry Realty, a highly respected commercial real estate firm based in Union County, North Carolina. Working directly with commercial clients in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, retail and large land tract assets, Jess has achieved the highest levels of success in his field as Realtor of the Year and President of the Union County Association of Realtors. He now brings his expertise to coastal North Carolina, as founder and President of Oak Island-based Perry Realty Group. In this role Mr. Perry oversees company operations and manages a portfolio of solutions designed to create long-term value for owners, users and investors. He is particularly skilled in managing the commercial transaction and building a collaborative and cooperative approach among all parties involved. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Perry actively participates in organizations focused on bringing new business to the Carolinas, including area Chambers of Commerce, State Departments of Commerce, and City/County Economic Development Councils.
